Before requesting help
Export an encrypted backup before clearing app data, reinstalling, or changing devices. Never send your vault passphrase, backup passphrase, complete bank statement, or full card number to support.

Email [email protected]. Include your Android version, PaktCove version, and a description of the problem without sensitive financial details.
Local data recovery
PaktCove cannot retrieve local data or reset a forgotten passphrase. Recovery requires an encrypted backup and the backup passphrase chosen when it was created.
Account deletion
Delete a connected account from the in-app account panel or follow the public deletion instructions.
